Licence agreements are delivered as a PDF immediately upon completed payment. It is your responsibility to retain this document as proof of purchase and licensing rights.
Non-exclusive licences do not grant you ownership of the master recording or the underlying composition. DC Beats retains full copyright in all beats unless an Exclusive Rights agreement has been executed.
Exceeding the limits of your purchased licence (e.g. surpassing the stream cap on a Basic Lease) without upgrading constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in licence termination.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any applicable VAT or local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Intellectual Property
